What Building Review is
Building Review is a directory of Vancouver and Surrey condominium and apartment buildings with reviews written by the people who live in them: noise, maintenance, management, fees and what it is like day to day.
Each building also shows what the cities of Vancouver and Surrey publish about it: the year it was built, the strata plan it belongs to and how many strata lots it has.
Reading is free and needs no account. Residents with a confirmed email can review a building they have lived in, report problems and maintenance, and suggest corrections. A moderator checks new buildings and edits before they appear.
